Now it’s time to cook and put everything together! Big batch meals are a great time saver. Keep in mind, veggies prepped ahead of time usually need to be eaten right away so prep veggies for 2-3 days at a time. I find that the same goes for fish. If you’re going to prep a fish, 2 days worth is sufficient. The find the integrity of the fish is greatly compromised after that.
I prep quinoa, brown rice, sweet potatoes and most starches for 3-4 days at a time and find they keep well. Chicken and beef usually hold their own as well.
